These Terms of Use govern your use of Сканворд 2026 / Arrowword 2026 ("the App").

1. Use of the App

The App is provided for entertainment, educational, and reference purposes. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

2. Content Disclaimer

Words, clues, and facts in the App may mention historical events, cultural phenomena, public life, politics, religion, law, sexuality, organizations, movements, ideologies, persons, or statuses that may be controversial or regulated in some jurisdictions.

Such mentions are used only as neutral lexical, encyclopedic, or contextual material for a word puzzle. The App does not endorse, promote, justify, advertise, or call for support of any ideology, organization, movement, political position, prohibited activity, extremist activity, discrimination, hatred, violence, illegal conduct, or violation of law.

3. Virtual Coins, Rewards, and In-App Purchases

The App includes or may include virtual coins, rewards, hints, level unlocks, ad removal, subscriptions, and other in-app purchases.

• Virtual coins and rewards have no real-money value.
• They cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred outside the App.
• They may be earned through gameplay, rewarded ads, promotions, or purchases where available.
• They may be used only for App features such as hints or level unlocks.

Payments for in-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store on iOS or by Google through Google Play on Android. Purchases, refunds, subscriptions, and billing are subject to the terms and rules of the applicable app store. We do not process or store your payment card details.

Consumable purchases, such as coin packs, are credited to your in-app balance and are consumed when used. Non-consumable purchases, such as permanent ad removal if offered, can be restored where supported by the applicable app store and the App. Subscriptions, if offered, renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings before the renewal date.

If a subscription is offered, its terms, price, billing period, renewal rules, and cancellation options will be shown by the applicable app store before purchase. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID or Google Play settings.

4. Advertising

The App may show ads, including banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads. Rewarded ads grant in-app rewards only when completed according to the App's rules and the ad provider's availability. We do not guarantee that rewarded ads will always be available.

5. Progress and Availability

The App may store progress, settings, coins, and unlocks locally on your device. Deleting the App, resetting progress, changing devices, or technical issues may affect local progress unless cloud restore or purchase restoration is explicitly provided.

6. Feedback

If you send feedback or suggestions, you grant us permission to use them to improve the App without obligation to compensate you.

7. No Warranty

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free content, or permanent availability of any feature, level, ad, reward, or third-party service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to the App or Terms

We may update the App, add or remove features, change rewards, adjust level availability, or update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
