For Сканворд 2026 / Arrowword 2026 on iOS and Android. Last updated: July 20, 2026.
This Privacy Policy explains how Сканворд 2026 / Arrowword 2026 ("the App", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the App.
1. Information We Collect
The App may collect the following categories of information:
- App usage and interaction data, such as app launches, level starts, level completions, hint usage, coin balance events, store screen opens, and ad-related events.
- Advertising data, such as ad load events, impressions, clicks, rewarded ad completion, and interstitial or banner ad events.
- Device identifiers and advertising identifiers, where permitted by your device settings, consent choices, and applicable platform rules.
- Diagnostics and technical data, such as crash, performance, and error information, as provided by analytics, advertising, or platform services.
- Customer support information, such as the message you send through the feedback form, optional email address, app version, language, and submission time.
- Purchase history and transaction status for Apple App Store or Google Play in-app purchases, such as coin packs, ad removal, or subscriptions.
The App stores some gameplay information locally on your device, including coins, settings, progress, and unlocked levels. Local gameplay data is used to provide the App's features and is not intentionally sent to our servers unless included in analytics events or support messages.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to provide and improve gameplay features, save progress and settings, show ads and rewarded ads, measure app performance, understand how the App is used, detect errors, respond to support requests, deliver or restore purchases, prevent fraud, and comply with legal, platform, and app store requirements.
3. Advertising and Tracking
The App may show ads, including banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads. The App uses advertising partners such as Yandex Mobile Ads and Google Mobile Ads / AdMob and may include mediation partners through those SDKs.
Where required, the App requests advertising and privacy choices through the controls provided by the operating system, Apple App Tracking Transparency, or Google's User Messaging Platform. You can review available privacy choices in the App and in your device settings. If you deny consent or tracking where that choice is available, ads may still be shown, but they may be less relevant.
4. Analytics
The App uses analytics services such as Firebase Analytics to understand app usage, improve levels and features, and diagnose issues. Analytics events may include gameplay actions, language, level identifiers, progress percentages, coin balance changes, purchase events, ad events, and technical metadata.
5. Feedback and Support
If you contact us through the App's feedback form, we collect the message you submit and, if you choose to provide it, your email address. This information is used to read, manage, and respond to support requests. Feedback may be processed through a third-party support or survey provider, such as Formbricks.
6. In-App Purchases and Virtual Items
The App offers or may offer virtual items, coins, ad removal, subscriptions, and other in-app purchases. Payments are processed by Apple through the App Store on iOS or by Google through Google Play on Android. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.
Virtual coins and similar in-app items have no cash value, are not transferable, and may only be used inside the App. Coins may be earned through gameplay, rewarded ads, promotions, or purchased through in-app purchases where available.
Purchase history and transaction status may be used to deliver purchased items, restore purchases, prevent fraud, provide support, and understand purchase performance. Apple or Google may provide transaction information needed to validate and manage purchases, but payment card details remain handled by the applicable app store.
7. Third-Party Services
The App may use third-party services, including Firebase / Google services for analytics and app infrastructure, Yandex Mobile Ads and Google Mobile Ads / AdMob for advertising, Google's User Messaging Platform for privacy choices, Formbricks or a similar provider for feedback and support messages, Apple services for App Store distribution and payments, and Google Play services for Android distribution, content delivery, and payments. These providers may process data according to their own privacy policies and SDK behavior.

10. Data Retention
Local gameplay data remains on your device until you reset it, delete the App, or clear the App's data. Support messages, purchase records, and analytics data may be retained as long as needed for support, security, analytics, legal compliance, purchase management, and app improvement.
