What to Include

• Your device model and iOS or Android version.
• The app version, if available.
• A short description of the issue.
• The level number or screenshot, if the issue is about a puzzle.
• For purchase issues, include the product name and approximate purchase time. Do not send payment card details.

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store on iOS or by Google through Google Play on Android. Subscriptions and refunds are managed through your Apple ID or Google Play purchase settings.
